Step-by-Step Ordering Guide
Placing an order through the Major Clean website is designed to be simple, flexible, and aligned with how teams actually operate. Follow the steps below to submit your quote request.
Step 1: Log in or create an account
Click the person icon in the top right corner of the website. From there, log in to your account or create a new one, so your information is saved and future orders are even faster.
Step 2: Start your order
Click the “Order Now” button in the navigation bar to begin. This is your starting point for quickly accessing all available products.
Step 3: Browse products
Use the product categories in the side column or navigate through product pages to find what your team needs. The layout is designed to help you quickly identify the right solutions without unnecessary searching.
Step 4: Select a product
Hover over the product you would like to view. You will click either “Add to Quote” or “Select Options.”
- If the product says “Select Options,” additional selections are required:
- Some OdoBan® products require you to choose a scent.
- No Natz®, No Mosquitoz®, and No Tickz® products require you to choose a case size.
- If the product says “Add to Quote,” it can be added directly without additional selections .
This ensures you are selecting the correct configuration before moving forward.
Step 5: Add items to your quote
After making your selections, click “Add to Quote.” Your items will be collected in one place so you can build your order efficiently.
Step 6: Review and update your quote
Navigate to your cart to review your selections. You can adjust quantities and confirm everything aligns with your team’s needs.
You can either continue shopping or move forward to complete your quote request.
Step 7: Enter your information
To submit your quote, complete all required fields, including:
- Name
- Address
- Company
- Phone number
- Promo Code (if applicable)
Saving this information to your profile will make future orders even faster.
Step 8: Submit your quote request
Once everything is complete, click “Place Quote.” Your request will be sent to the Major Clean team for review.
Step 9: Review your quote and complete payment
After submission, your quote is reviewed by the Major Clean team and finalized with pricing, shipping, and any applicable discounts.
You will receive your completed quote by email, where you can review the details, approve the order, or request adjustments if needed. Once approved and payment is received, your order is processed and prepared for shipment.
This process helps ensure accuracy, provide cost transparency, and keep your team aligned with procurement requirements.
